This two-storey home was saved from demolition and moved to a new site in Karapiro, Waikato, where it was given a new lease of life to realise the owners’ dreams of owning an authentic villa. When we were contacted by the homeowners to replace the joinery, most of the windows and doors were original, rotting wooden frames. To maintain the heritage aesthetic of the home, we customised our aluminium 35mm Architectural Suite with colonial bars and custom bay windows.
