Providing premium joinery for every great new build or alteration.

There are a lot of factors that contribute to the comfort of a home. Warmth, light and outlook can make or break a space, so we understand the important role windows and doors play in your home. We pride ourselves on providing superior service for our new build and alteration clients.

DuCo does more than just supply custom-made, made-to-measure windows and doors; we immerse ourselves in your project team, so we’re with you the whole way through. From the very start, we help clients and builders make the most of a space, advising on airflow and ventilation, people and movement, natural lighting, outlook and more.

As the project progresses, our team is available when any challenges arise, and help find solutions quickly and without fuss.

Our Process

Our tried-and-true process has been refined over the past 50 years. Today, our residential projects typically look like this.

01

Quote

Once a client has sent us plans, we provide a detailed quote for required products and services.

02

Homeowner consultation

We then facilitate a consultation in our showroom or on site as required where we consult on materials, optimisations to joinery plans and highlight any key factors that may still need to be considered.

03

Revise quote with alternative options

Next, if required, we will revise your quote based on outtakes from our consultation.

04

Site measure

Once the quote is approved, our project management team gets involved and we visit the site to measure all required window and door openings. Although this isn’t always possible due to time or resource constraints, it’s our preferred process to ensure there’s absolutely no room for error.

05

Manufacture

We then take those measurements and start on the manufacturing process at our workshop in Cambridge, Waikato.

06

Delivery

The joinery is then carefully delivered to site.

07

Installation or site work

Finally, our team will install the windows and doors if it’s part of the brief, or complete any remaining tasks such as glazing.

Kind words

“DuCo’s response to this challenging project was fantastic. It took a long time to work it out – this wasn’t just a simple measure and supply job – but the result couldn’t be better.

Jono McCullough, ROB MAY BUILDERS

“DuCo has always been great to deal with. Very personal, given they’re family run. They always deliver on what they say they will and are always happy to help if there is a problem. That’s all we tradies want!
